In order to write load tests, you must first install Rust.
Goose load tests are managed with Cargo, the Rust package manager.
Goose requires a minimum
1.49.0or later. This is because Goose depends on
flumefor communication between threads, which in turn depends on
hint::spin_loopwhich stabilized in
